At Nature Aquatica, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our aquatic plants and products, and strive to provide a safe, transparent shopping experience. Below you’ll find our detailed refund and return policy, effective for all purchases made through our online store.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds or store credit under the following conditions:
- Dry goods (rock, wood, botanicals, etc) in unused and original packaging.
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be clean, undamaged, and include all parts/manuals.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
Live aquatic plant sales are final and cannot be returned. We still offer a 100% live arrival guarantee and will offer a replacement or refund if there are any issues upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@natureaquatica.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (if damaged)
- A short explanation of the issue
We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
- For exchanges or store credit, we’ll issue a digital credit code via email.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
