Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nature Aquatica! We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition—whether it's a delicate aquatic plant or a box of stone. Below is our detailed shipping policy outlining what to expect with your delivery.


Order Processing Times

- All orders ship within 1–4 business days of purchase.

- Live goods: shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 7 AM on Wednesdays may ship the following Monday.

- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is dispatched.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping services:

  • Standard Service (2-5 business days)
  • Priority Service (1-3 days)
  • Expedited 2nd Day Air (2 days)
  • Expedited Next Day Air (1 day)
  • Free Shipping on all orders above $49.


Live Goods & Weather Restrictions

We monitor weather conditions closely when shipping live items. To ensure safe arrival:

- Heat packs and cold packs are automatically included when necessary (no extra charge).

- In cases of extreme temperatures (below 40°F or above 85°F), we may delay shipping until conditions improve.

- If you still request shipment during unsafe weather, our Live Arrival Guarantee is voided.

 

Shipping Area & Restrictions

- We ship nationwide within the United States.

- We do not ship internationally at this time.

Some livestock may be restricted based on state laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local regulations. We may cancel and refund any restricted plant species.


Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to: Incorrect or incomplete addresses, missed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages held at carrier facilities

Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us.


Order Changes & Cancellations

- Orders for dry goods may be canceled before they ship.

- Live plant orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before they are packed—whichever comes first.
